Firecracker Math

Firecracker Math offers group classes and private instruction on extra-curricular math topics to kids Grades K-11. We spark children’s interest in math, deepen their knowledge and further develop their aptitude and talent in math.
Our curriculum focuses on exploration and understanding of mathematical concepts, and on teaching kids the skills of problem-solving and logical reasoning.

We foster a creative learning environment by employing well-trained, enthusiastic teachers with advanced degrees in math or science. Small group size ensures close teacher-to-student interaction and attention to each child’s needs and pace of learning.

We offer After-School Enrichment at our locations in Oakland/Piedmont, Berkeley, Lafayette, and San Francisco, as well as onsite after-school classes at public and private schools, summer camps, custom learning pods, private lessons, and test & contest preparation.
